PROJECT DETAILS:
This owner of this waterfront estate hired Drake Design Studio to devise a master plan for a complete overhaul of the gardens and pool area as well as major renovations to a deck, outdoor shower and new Japanese soaking tub. An old grape arbor was revitalized, formal gardens were given a more modern take and the pool area was refreshed with a plant palette that is clean and elegant. All plant selections were made with careful attention to the vagaries of the seaside environment and, wherever possible, native and drought-tolerant selections were made.
