PROJECT DETAILS:

This property has sweeping ocean views and the original house, designed by Peabody & Stearns, was destroyed in a fire in the 1950’s. The current owners built a new home on the site and hired DDS and KP Design to collaborate on landscape design. During excavation for the new foundation, pieces of the original stone foundation were unearthed and this salvaged material was incorporated into the new gate piers. The project is in construction and once completed will include a new pool, terraces, lighting, driveway and motorcourt, vegetable and herb gardens and all new plantings.
