PROJECT DETAILS:

This property has sweeping ocean views and the original house, designed by Peabody & Stearns, was destroyed in a fire in the 1950’s. The current owners hired DDS and KP Design to collaborate on landscape design that includes a new pool, terraces, lighting, driveway and motorcourt, and all new plantings. During excavation for the new house, pieces of the original stone foundation were unearthed and the salvaged material will be incorporated into new gate piers, walls and paths.
